Welcome to Crown Lab Co. By booking a service, purchasing a product, or participating in a Crown Lab Co experience, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

Custom Orders & Design Responsibility

All Crown Lab Co products are custom-created by clients in real time or through personalized design sessions. Once a design is finalized and applied, it cannot be altered or undone.

Clients are responsible for their design choices, including patch placement, color selection, and overall layout. Our team offers creative guidance, but final design approval is the client’s responsibility.

No Refunds on Custom Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom items are final sale and non-refundable.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the event of a manufacturing defect caused by Crown Lab Co.

Event Bookings & Deposits

A 30% deposit may be required to secure event bookings and private sessions. Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward the final balance.

Final payment is due prior to the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 72 hours notice to reschedule private sessions. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits.

Event cancellations within a specified timeframe may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in your booking agreement.

Turnaround & On-Site Services

Most custom pieces are completed during your session or event. For larger orders or special requests, timelines will be discussed in advance.

Crown Lab Co is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Product Care

Custom accessories should be spot cleaned only. Machine washing or excessive handling may damage embellishments.

Crown Lab Co is not responsible for normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.

Use of Images & Content

Crown Lab Co may photograph or record custom creations and events for marketing and promotional purposes unless clients request otherwise in writing.

Liability

Crown Lab Co is not responsible for allergic reactions, injuries, or damages related to the use of materials, accessories, or embellishments.

Participation in customization experiences is at the client’s own risk.

Policy Updates

Crown Lab Co reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
