Our customization page is designed to make creating your custom piece simple and seamless. Here, you can choose your item, explore available color options, and submit your design preferences through our contact form. Whether you already have a clear vision or just a general theme in mind, this page helps us gather the details we need to begin bringing your one-of-a-kind piece to life.
1. Choose your item
Select the piece you’d like to customize:
bandana, pet bandana, baseball cap or bucket hat.
Use our reference chart to choose your preferred color.
3. Submit the customization form
Fill out the digital form with your details, including:
your item selection
color choice
whether you’d like charms, enamel pins, charm bars, or brooches
your overall theme or design idea
Themes can be anything from cartoons to western, space, and more.
4. We’ll contact you
Once your form is submitted, we’ll reach out within 48–72 hours. At that time, you can either schedule a consultation call or skip the call if you already know exactly what you want.
5. Design confirmation
After we create your custom design concept, we’ll send it to you for approval before finalizing your piece.
6. Invoice & production
Once your design is approved, we’ll send your invoice. After payment is received, production will begin.
